PIJAC's Board of Directors is representative of the pet industry, with 15 elected individuals from each of the five major segments of the industry (retailers, wholesale distributors, companion animal suppliers, manufacturers, manufacturer's representatives), plus representatives from other member industry trade associations - American Pet Product Association (APPA), Florida Tropical Fish Farmers Association (FTFFA), Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), and WorldPetAssociation (WPA). Past Presidents serve for life.
