MISSOURI: House Bill To Establish Pet Appreciation Month

NEW YORK: Erie County Legislature To Hold Hearing On Establishing Animal Abuse Registry

UPDATE:  A proposed local law, establishing an Erie County animal abuse registry, was heard before the County Legislature's Energy & Environment Committee on May 3rd.  The measure will possibly be up for a vote at the committee's May 17th meeting.
