A refund will be issued once materials are returned to PIJAC in good condition. Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Following is the association's refund policy for the products and programs PIJAC offers:

• Refund requests must be received in writing.
• Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
  • If purchase was made with a credit card, credit will be issued to that same card.
  • If purchase was made by check or cash, a refund check will be issued and sent by mail after PIJAC receives verification that original check has cleared the bank.
