Amends Title 10 (Commerce & Trade), Chapter 1 (Selling & Other Trade Practices) of Georgia Annotated Code, by adding a new Article 35 so as to prohibit county, municipal, and consolidated governments from banning the sales of goods, products, or items regulated by the USDA, the US FDA, or the Georgia Department of Agriculture, which are sold at properly zoned retail establishments.
